• Summary: Hydrolase that deubiquitinates polyubiquitinated target proteins such as MDM2, MDM4 and CCND1 (By similarity). Isoform 1 and isoform 2 possess both ubiquitin-specific peptidase and isopeptidase activities (By similarity).
