• Recommended Dilution: Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
  Recommended Dilutions:
  ELISA: 1/50,000.
  Western Blot: 1/2000-1/10000.
  Immunohistochemistry: 1/1000-1/5000.
  Note: This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:200 to 1:1,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

  Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Goat Serum.
  No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c).
  Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
